Before your Session
Things to prepare to get the most out of your QHHT session

Please prepare two lists of questions

Preparing for your session will help you get the most out of it. Having your questions ready will help you organise your thoughts as to what you really want to know and the changes you are wanting.

Questions are divided into the following two areas. Write each list on a separate sheet, with the highest priority first, and bring it with you on the day of your session.

1) Questions about life

Personal questions: These may be to do with your life, job, relationships, life direction, past things that you would like to resolve, basically anything that you would like help with.

These are some common categories for questions:

Once you have decided to have a session your Higher Self is already planning and preparing your session for you. Your SC (subconscious) is getting ready to have an amazing dialogue with you!

* If you meditate, try a regular mediation practice leading up to your session. This can help prepare you for the session. You can find free guided mediations on YouTube.

* Optional: The night before & the day of your session don’t drink alcohol. And try to eliminate or limit your use of caffeine on the day of your session. Eat well but light before you come in.

The session could take between 5 - 6 hours. You might like to bring a snack to eat.

Your session will be recorded so you can listen to it again later.

* Optional: If you have a recording device, iPhone or voice recorder you are welcome to bring it to make your own recording of your session.
